Contact & Support
How to get help and submit support tickets.
Get help from our team and manage support tickets. This page describes the Contact Support form and My Tickets screen.
Check the Help Center first
Many questions are answered in the Help Center. Use the topic list and search to find guides on creating QR codes, analytics, billing, and the API. You can search by keyword to find the right topic.
Contact Support — form and buttons
If you’re signed in, go to Contact Support (sidebar under Help & Support) to submit a ticket. If you cannot sign in, use the public Support page or email support@quantumtoolset.com. The signed-in form typically includes:
- Subject — Short title for your request (required).
- Message / Description — Full details (required). Include steps to reproduce if it’s a bug.
- Category — Optional dropdown (e.g. billing, technical, account).
- Attachments — Optional; you may be able to attach up to a few screenshots or images.
Click Submit or Send. We’ll respond via email and you can track the ticket under My Tickets. For custom domains, enterprise configuration, or billing exceptions, we’ll route your ticket to the right team.
My Tickets screen
My Tickets shows your open and past support requests. You’ll see:
- List of tickets with subject, status (e.g. open, in progress, resolved), and date.
- Click a ticket to open it and see the full thread. You can add replies and see our responses.
- Buttons: New ticket (or Contact Support) to create another, and per ticket: Reply, Close (if available).
Response targets and reliability
All signed-in users can submit support tickets. Support handling is plan-based: Starter is best effort, Growth and Pro receive prioritized queues, and Enterprise can include contract-defined SLA terms. See Pricing for current support policy.
For DPA and compliance requests, see Trust & Compliance or email privacy@quantumtoolset.com.
Not signed in?
If account access is blocked, use public support or email support@quantumtoolset.com. Sign in when possible to create tickets with workspace context and track the full ticket history. For general product info, use the Help Center and Pricing.
